




FirstFuel saw explosive growth after their most recent investment round. As the company grew, FirstFuel found itself in need of a cohesive visual language and messaging strategy to create a single brand identity. GMD was contracted to help design this system.

The culmination of the work GMD did with FirstFuel’s growing company lead to creating the 2017 Brand Book. This book was developed as the guiding beacon for present and future FF activities. This Brand Book was representative of not only FirstFuel’s standards but also the brand aesthetic that GMD had crafted in collaboration with the FirstFuel team.

GMD pushed forward the evolution of FF’s growing brand by redesigning the FirstFuel website. The homepage was adjusted to be more representative of FirstFuel’s growing brand, while also providing the education necessary to inform visitors of the still emerging customer engagement market. This approach was then extended across the site as a whole.

FirstFuel needed content to easily communicate the value of their SaaS platform and emerge as an industry thought leader. GMD stepped in to help develop infographics, flow charts and visually appealing whitepapers to drive their message across various European and North American markets. In addition, FirstFuel began a series of roundtable events for industry leaders, while GMD developed the design and positioning to entice participants.
